Would you like the feeling of having no doubt possible that you will win your fight and nothing can change that? If you have a few weeks till the big match then you haven’t any time to waste. Your mind should have all its energy focused on victory without a doubt and here are 3 steps to develop that.

Stay In Control By Setting Goals.

If you can take some time to type and/or write the details down of how you want to fight and the way your fight is going to unfold, you are putting power in your hands. As specifically as, possible write these details down. It will trigger your reticular activating system in your brain and your mind will picture it as already completed.

Don’t let the fight’s outcome happen by accident. Dictate exactly how it is going to play out by visualizing and living it. This can really be fun even.

Pay Attention To Completed Goals.

Enjoy the benefits of achieving any goal that you have set. This will implant the pleasures of completing them in your head, and make you want to achieve more and more to reap more rewards.

If you are lifting more, taking down opponents more, sprinting faster, hitting harder, make yourself feel good about it. Also when you have this is writing, it is much easier to measure your success.

Believe in Yourself.

Just to start, if you step in an MMA cage, you have much more gut than most men. Might as well believe in your abilities no matter who is put in front of you.

Walking into a fight unsure in your abilities is a waste of time. Forget about how powerful your opponent might be. Place all your focus on the strengths which you have and put them to use.
